Provide leadership toa team of 2-3 Computer Programmers on various client software developmentprojects, as assigned. Guide team through software development lifecycle byproviding technical guidance as well as applying experience in and knowledge ofbest practices. Ensure team is meeting company standards and project requirementsas outlined by project manager. Develop relationship with clients by working,as assigned by the project manager, to resolve complex or ongoing technicalissues. Assist in developing business relationship by identifying opportunitiesto provide additional services to clients Travel and/orRelocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. required. Thepurpose of travel and/or relocation would be to work with clients on projects.The frequency of travel and/or relocation will be determined by the needs ofclients
